So this is definitely a bit smaller than it appears in the photos, so THAT was a bit underwhelming. Once I got past the size, it's very useful. Also, the installation was super easy. I would buy another for the other side of the truck if they bring out a bigger size.

Fits nice and has lots of pockets for storage. I’m not using it as a cooler but mostly for storage. The panel above it was also bought on Amazon.

I just put it in and it is quite small. I expected it to be a little bit bigger, it does fit on the ledge though I'm gonna try out and see how it works for putting stuff in. I think it'll work, but it's gonna be tight. Also the sticky strips that you're supposed to use for the Velcro don't stick at all. It's only hanging on by the ties. It works for cheap and easy, but if you want something that will actually hold stuff you're probably gonna have to have something custom built to utilize the whole space. If you want it to stand up on it's own, you're gonna have to put some sort of solid boards in it to hold the shape. Don't expect too much from this style of storage bag, others are the same size and build material so they're all pretty much the same.

This works exactly the way you want it to. It feels somewhat sturdy and made from good materials. It kind of feels like a swiss backpack. But before putting it in the car, I put some weights on it to flatten it out since it comes folded.
