Till we got a new puppy and she chewed the USB cable, but I still use it as a water bowl as we now have three dogs and two cats using it, though I clean it out by hand more oftenGetting replacement filters was a challengeThe light (led) inside that indicates low water turns green with algae quite oftenToo big to fill then move, so I recommend buying a big jug to fill it up

Really pleased with this purchase. It’s very easy to maintain and is perfect for our three dogs and two cats! I had a smaller version of another brand but is was fiddly. I took the plunge and bought this as needed larger volume. It was more than I wanted to spend but I like that it’s stainless steel and I like the features to alert when near empty.

I was initially happy with this bowl as were my dogs, however just 4 weeks later the pump has packed up.I spoke To a Customer adviser who informed me that as it was purchased through a third party seller I wouldn’t be able to have a replacement, HOWEVER once I had returned I could have a refund to purchase the bowl again.The bowl has increased in value since I bought it.I have been waiting for the QR code to return for 24 hours now.I wouldn’t recommend this bowl due to the difficulty with returns when all I asked for was a new pump to be sent to me.It puts me off buying through Amazon third party sellers also.

Absolutely fabulous fountain. Note that you'll have to change the filters regularly (I replace every two weeks) and so that's an additional cost but worth it for filtered clean water. My German Shepherd (who drinks a lot) is a slobbery drinker and my Cavalier King Charles then refuses to drink from the same bowl. However, this water fountain filters out the water so he doesn't get the "ick", sharing her water. lol It is a large bowl but I don't think huge and it fits in well.

I have 4 dogs and they love this water fountain. The capacity of the bowl is perfect for multiple dogs.The pump failed after a couple of months, for unknown reasons but a replacement was sent without delay by Oneisall.First class customer service from Sue!I highly recommend this product/company
