Great purchase.

This hot pot does what it says it does, boils water well! I love asian cooking with a hot pot, but for the price of this pot I was not that impressed. I would of liked more temps to choose from, but if your looking for something that is handy for guests to use with you, this would work will.

I was very excited to try out this cooker. I really liked the fact that it was non-stick. It says nonstick on the box, in the book, in the videos, in the reviews. First meal. It burned the entire bottom 🤷‍♀️

I've never had a "hot pot" before, so I wasn't sure what to expect. Now that I've used it, it's not something that I think I'll go to every day (although I might change my mind later), but it's a very handy utensil to use occasionally.It's basically a hot plate and a large pot / pan combined into one package, so it saves me from having many different items to worry about. It's handy for travel, of course -- just plug it into an outlet and you can cook pretty much anything that you'd use a hot plate for. I've used it in the house -- it's basically an extra burner for those times when the range is crowded. (You don't even have to use it in the kitchen, of course -- all you need is an electrical outlet.)Using the maximum setting, I can bring water to a boil in under 5 minutes, which is quite acceptable. The pot is large, and has a flat bottom with raised sides -- this means that I can use it either as a relatively large (3 liters) pot or a medium-sized pan. I like that!My one reservation is that the pot only has two temperature settings -- what I'd call "medium" (400W) and "high" (900W). It'd be nice if it had a variable temperature range to select a temperature in between, or at least a "warm" setting. But actually medium and high are all that I really need.While I wouldn't describe this OLEGA Hot Pot as a "must have" kitchen appliance, it is flexible and handy to have, and it works well! Definitely recommended.

I admit it, I don't cook. Like at all. So I figured I'd try this out , expecting it to be similar to a Crock Pot. I definitely should've read up on hot pots beforehand, but this hot pot is fairly versatile. It is definitely easy to travel with, and I love that it doesn't take up precious stove space. I just wish there were more temperature settings and that there was a slow cook option. Other than that, its great!

This is going to be great for camping. We don't like to cook inside the camper, because it is a small camper and the odors linger and attach to everything inside. This is going to be a game changer for us, because in the past, we'd have to light a fire in the morning in order to make scrambled eggs and the fixings. With this, we can plug it into the outdoor electrical outlet of the camper and make our breakfast so much easier and faster!

The media could not be loaded.  If you're looking for a quick cooking experience or for those days when you don't want to put in too much effort, this might be the solution. I tested it and it heats up really fast, in just a few seconds. It has only two levels of heat, and I wish it had a lower one since even the minimum heat sometimes feels too much for certain dishes that require lower heat. However, overall it works well.The surface heating area doesn't feel like good quality, and I feel it may not last too long if I use it frequently, but I could be wrong. It doesn't stick, which is great, at least for now that it's new. The knob and handles of the lid feel like very weak plastic, but they don't get hot when cooking.The size is good enough for cooking for a few people, and I think it's a useful kitchen asset, not for everyday cooking but occasionally. I recommend it.

Versatile three litre electric hot pot for home or dorm. The fast heating pot has a non stick coating and a vented lid. Great for cooking side dishes and freeing up stove space. Also an excellent way to reheat leftovers.
