It was more simple than I expected and I was concerned that it was fragile but it arrived in one piece, fully working with everything included. I think my grandchild will enjoy this a lot. Amazon please tell the manufacturer that packaging needs to be better and the company involved with delivery/transport need to take better care.

This is a great gift. My daughters love them. They were sent out quickly but we're delayed by the courier. I contacted the seller who liaised with the courier and the package was here two days later. Their communication was fantastic. They contacted me twice in that two days period to keep me informed of the progress. Outstanding customer service.

This seller was not only late in sending the product, when it finally arrived, it was of extremely poor quality. The plain white box it came in was damaged, it was made from cheap pve with a layer of plastic to cover it. Came with a cloth and markers. The cloth just smudges and does not properly erase. The markers had tops that were difficult to come off, so no good for children. When I plugged it in, it did not work. After asking many times for a refund from this seller, they refused to do so unless I removed any negative feedback so I had to approach amazon directly for one. I would avoid this seller at all cost. It is an overpriced, poor quality product. Save your money and the headache of trying to get a refund from this seller

Great little message/drawing board, good price

Great little note screen very hand for leaving notes for someone or just drawing cool pictures. Very bright so much fun well worth the purchase
