It works and doesn't leave a taste after cleaning which is always good .

I'd previously used Pazzaz sachets and they were a faff - I'd need to prep hot water and give it a stir for a while to dissolve the crystals, before pouring into the machine's reservoir. Trying them directly into the reservoir would take an age of stirring to dissolve and would never quite fully go.These tablets drop straight into the reservoir and dissolve on their own with cold water - took about 3 minutes in 2 litres. It made the whole process much quicker and less involved.On putting the machine into descaling mode (on a Sage Barista Express, hold the 2 cup button while powering on) the water came through the other end a little bit milky, plus foamed up nicely from the wand - it's not a very scientific measure but seems like the solutions quite concentrated and doing the job!

Brilliant products. Small, family owned business. I use their cleaners for washing machine, dishwasher and coffee machine/espresso machine. All good quality, great value. I've ditched all other products. Highly recommended!
