I ordered a few packs of these. The size was as I expected, and as indicated in the information. However, I found inconsistency from pack to pack. One package was missing a carabiner, and all of the packages had some individual carabiners in their own bag and some not. While the individual packaging is not a big deal, I was not happy to be shorted pieces. If you are looking for exactly eight, you may want to buy multiple packages to ensure you get what you need. I don't know if someone had purchased and then returned, taking some out or if they came this way from the factory. All of the individual pieces work as expected. Overall, I would purchase again.

I wanted carabiner clips with a locking mechanism for use with lunch bags and backpacks. After 1 year of use, they are durable and still working perfectly. The size is ideal to hold a lunch bag on a backpack. Note that these are not rated for climbing and that is noted on each clip. Very easy to use!
