No support for re-plating
The necklace turned black after single use.The product comes with lifetime free re-plating assurance in case it turns black. I visited GIVA store, they refused to replate it as it is purchased from Amazon. I tried contacting GIVA customer care and also dropped multiple emails to them but none of them has ever replied back.
