I needed more foot support in my wellies. The wellies have a lot of space above the foot, so I thought these inserts would fit fine as I know these types of inserts are up to 5mm thick. These inserts fit perfectly and make wearing my wellies far more comfortable. The inserts are pleasantly stiff, flexing with the foot but staying in place without crushing or sliding around. They can be trimmed, although I've never needed to.I've had these types of inserts in other boots before, and so I knew what to expect. This is probably the 3rd or 4th time I've bought these inserts, and I think they're perfect in specific circumstances: where you have a spacious boot or shoe, generally of a pull-on style, and need to add supportive insoles.

Great insoles for training and running shoes with great fit and support. My only criticism apart from the price is that they are quite heavy for an insole which is rather detrimental to light running shoes.

I bought these to insert in my trainers which are a size 6 and they fit perfectly. I have fallen arches and had been suffering with shin splints, ankle and back pain, which was putting me off running. I recently ran 6 miles with no pain at all so I am very happy with these. I took the existing insoles out of my trainers and put these in so my foot wouldn't sit too high in the shoe.

The size of these insoles were spot on. The problem I had with them is that I found them too hard for my feet. I have flat feet so needed an arched insole but these didn't live up to expectations and I had to take them out of my shoes after awhile. I have since brought some memory foam arched insoles which work much better.

I gave five stars because it really helped me but I understand the negative reviews even if I don't agree with them. Many say it's very hard, it's like having a pebble in your shoes. That's right. It's hard. But that's why it was made for, to give your foot an arch and you can't feel it if it fits properly but if it doesn't, it's very uncomfortable. But you need to understand something. These orthopedic insoles should be mesured individually because our feet are not the same, everybody's arch is a bit different. If you are lucky enough to belong to the majority who feels that this insole fits their feet then you will "walk on cushions" but if your foot is not uniform, you will get the "pebble in my shoes" effect. So my advice would be to try to find a seller who offers free returns because it's not granted for sure that you will find this product comfortable but it's not the company or the insoles' fault, it's the differences in everybody's soles. (A little "life hack": the raised part was too long for my sole too, my arch is just a bit shorter on the back than the one on the insoles so it was pressing into my heels. A few whacks with a hammer on the problematic end of the bump took care of it very quickly and now it fits perfectly.)

Order received promptly . Cut them to size as instructed as I'm a size 3. Put inside my trainers and they are the most uncomfortable . Feels like rocks in my trainers . Feel disappointed that they are not as expected and a waste of money

Red heel pad came unstuck on right inner sole after 2 weeks. Managed to stick it back but never felt the same. Shame as very comfortable. Would not buy again.

I can now finally wear my boots at work in comfort. Great product. Really comfy to wear and also well made. I have been wearing these insoles now everyday for over a week, and can honestly say they still look brand new. Great all round reliable service with speedy delivery. Would recommend to anyone who is suffering with foot pain from ill fitting shoes.
