Had a bit of SI joint issues plus some stenosis in lower back (plus). Walking and standing seems to bring out the most pain to buttocks area and low back. I wear this brace when ever planning a lot of walking, working outside, even when making elaborate dinners requiring me to stand. HUGE relief of lower back discomfort. Just adds that extra support. Plus I think it reminds me to tummy tuck. The adjustable options on it are perfect.

This product has held up now for 4 years so it’s durable. It does provide relief & is comfortable to wear. The value is worth the cost.

This belt is great! So easy to put on, adjust and take off. Gives great support and helps to relieve a lot of my lower back & sciatic pain; giving improvement for my mobility.

While the device did help initially, after about a week of wear, it didn't maintain it's shape and seemed to be stretching out more. It also slid a good bit during wear, especially if you went from a sitting to standing position. The sizing is accurate on it.

Bad fit and quality. Would not stay in place and secure strap separates from main strap. Not comfortable, not a good purchase.

Recently I have been having pain in my hips. I do have a history of low back pain that is manageable with exercise and support. I try not to use back brace if all possible. However, when my pain gets bad. Out comes the belts. I have spent lots of money on very expensive belts. I read the reviews on this belt and am pleased with it. I have used it when gardening, long car rides, in the long plane flights that gave me good support. And yes, it took care of my hip pain. I like the main belt and the secondary belt where you can customize the extra support. It’s so comfortable that I forget I have it on. The Velcro is super strong, especially when you have to go to the toilet and have to get the belt off. Lol! And yes, I plan to purchase another one.

Going to need of some type of hip brace and to help stabilize my hips and help eliminate the lower back pain I've been having for the last couple months now due to osteoarthritis and sciatica & prolonged sitting so I finally ordered this back / hip brace . Upon receiving it found myself thinking yeah right and questioning how in the world is this small super lightweight brace going to be able to decrease pain let alone stabilize anything? Then I put it on & was amazed the pain I've been havin and my lower back and tailbone area from sciatica and everything advantage almost immediately. So although I have a skeptical about buying this and have been wearing it now for the last 2 days, I am speechless oh wow this is a great brace definitely does what it says it does and probably the best investment I've made. Definitely recommend anyone that has anything such as osteoarthritis, degenerative disc disease, sciatica or anything else like that that is causing you to have lower back pain or pain at all anywhere in your back or hips I would highly recommend purchasing thiis and let yourself be/love pain free. Great quality quick delivery and most definitely worth the price.

I don’t understand how this narrow brace is supposed to be sturdy enough to make a difference. It’s exactly as described and shown on the model so gave it some credit. If it’s on your body “pretty” like the model there is no pressure to be effective. Make really tight trying to get relief and it rolls together and is pretty worthless. No help at all. Maybe if it was wide like low back supports are designed it would be more effective.

Even paid express shipping cause I was hoping it would help with my pain. As far as I can tell this was a total scam. Never heard back from the seller.Update: it finally arrived. The box was in rough shape but the belt is perfect. Great product but not sure it’s worth the wait.
