This book is well written and you can tell the time, energy, and research that was used by all of the informative information. The author also adds a personal touch by giving real world examples of how life can be when challenges over come us and when we over come challenges. I agree that challenges help you find hidden talents and strengths that you would not know was there without challenges helping you develop them.

Content seemed disorganized and hard to follow throughout the chapters.I give the author credit for having the courage to write and publish.

52 great principles
Love these 52 challenges - it starts with stop hitting the snooze button & to stop scrolling - those 2 alone will improve my life - it ends with no one is perfect, give yourself applause and take care of yourself and your life.Will keep this book and refer to it weekly for what to focus on to improve. Will be a great journaling tool as well.Going to “just do it” from now on

Take the first step
I loved the simplicity of the concepts in this book. 52 actionable steps that you can do each week to literally take charge of your life. Stop complaining, have a plan, get on with it, just take one step - all things we know we should do but don't. This is a great book to actually help take that first step.

quite a strong self motivational book
If you like being pushed, this book is for you. Take it as a whole or pick and choose the challenges you want to take on first. If you like a hard core challenge and finish the 52 challenges in this book, for sure you will be a better version of yourself by the end of the year.

Good way to refocus
This book was full of many tidbits of advice. Whilst not everything stuck with me, it did help me identify some areas where I can definitely improve and refocus. I just hope I can keep it up!

Great challenges
Short and punchy chapters, while I didn't read one chapter a week as suggested, each chapter tackled one of life's little challenges and the exercises are good for guiding you through that challenge and become self more self aware. Will re-read and do one chapter a week for maximum results.
