Very sturdy and well built design, and definitely the most stable I’ve tried. I’m using the longest possible length (45”-53”) and I’m at around 48” and I’m surprised how stable it feels. I’m also impressed with the instructions (the video at the included QR code is easiest to follow). It gives advice for all use cases and helped me realize I will need shims for my double-door frame before breaking it… my only complaint is that I wish the rubberized grips were longer so that they work for chin ups more easily but they slide up and down the bar with enough force.

Product is a fantastic re-invention of the indoor pull-up bar. For one thing you have MUCH more room to work with. It is very easy to install and de-install. The height can be anything you want it to be, and it can be adjusted mid-workout with ease. The bar is very comfortable to grip and has a built-in level. Although the bar is very sturdy, the manufacturer recommends against doing any swinging, like kipping pull-ups, which is not a limitation for most. There are elastic bands and handles along with an exercise chart for the many exercises that can be performed with the system to get a complete muscle toning/ building workout.

This pull up bar is solid and easy to use right out of the box. no tools needed and absolutely feels solid and secure when up. You also get a complimentary item if purchasing the medium size pull up bar. Great customer service and quick responses to messaged. Also the included bands are a plus.

Amazing, we installed it in a hallway it holds awesome, we even let our kids hang with cords and they play hours in it, it does not move at all.We plan on using it for our main strength workouts. It works great, pretty easy to install.

Good product but I don't feel safe using it to anchor gymnastics rings or a trx to it. I think it needs the option to fix the product to the wall through screws.

I installed it properly. However the rubber thing made the bar unstable and I fell down bad. My back hurts so bad. It is just risky and very in safe. Regret buying it.

Great product, have been looking at it for awhile so glad that we got it. Great fit for our hall way and best value for the money. My husband is 180 lbs and he can hang on it very safe. Highly recommended
