Good strong adhesive, mixes well (use a drill mixing tool)good working time, but does what it says and is rock hard after 3 hours allowing grouting the same day.

manhatten grey grout
this grout was for kitchen/dinning room on aged oak wood plank tiles.i didnt have a shade chart as i bought online.i wanted a dark grey and manhatten grey is what i bought, my fault, as this turned out white with a hint of grey.so dont buy this if you are looking for grey.

Does what it claims
Although I didn't actually do the work the person who did says this was very easy to use and did all it was supposed and claimed to do. It made the process of laying the tiles on my garden porch a quick and easy job that looks good to boot. The grey blended in better than white would have done and the overall finish is great. Will see if the frost proof claims are correct with the coming winter. I'll update with photo later.
