Just what I needed
I needed this to build up the strength in my hand after a injury . Being able to adjust the squeezing pressure was important , and this has that ability ! Plus it has a built in counter so I could do other things and not have to sit there counting !!! Quality is very good , design is great , and the low price is perfect !!!!

Super cute and effective so far
At first I couldn’t figure it out so I had to watch a YouTube video lol but I eventually got it and it has been really great for my wrist and I think it’s gonna be very helpful for my pole dancing grip especially for the price. And it’s pink. I recommend for all pole dancers.

Great adjustable grip workout
I had a basic version of these grip exercisers as a teen, but it wasn’t adjustable and I quickly outgrew it. Having started lifting again, having an adjustable set is perfect. Easy dial to adjust, sturdy, comfortable in my relatively large hands.

Does it job
Basic hand gripper to help with my carpal tunnel. I like how this one come with a ticker vs the old school one I used to own and even comes with an adjustable weight knob. Does it job.

The force regulator on one of the hand grips does not work, it just does not turn
