Excellent Neck Brace - Traction Device
This is a wonderful neck brace - traction device. I have used a few others but this one is the best one I have used yet. The amount of traction is very adjustable and it is a stable brace due to how it sits on your chest - shoulders - neck. I really like how adjustable it is to make it a perfect fit and extremely comfortable to wear while relieving neck pain. The nice thing with this one is you can inflate the back pad in the brace to exactly where you need it to be for the right compression. I bought the manual pump version it works fine (plus I did not want to worry about forgetting to recharge an electrical pump !) and the pump hose has plenty of length for easy attachment. There is an adjustment knob on the back side which after you connect the brace (which is so easy to do ) and then you can ratchet it snugly to your neck. Then you can attach the pump and fill up the back pad to the level you desire - if it feels like too much you can just let a little air out as needed. Very easy to use. On the front sides of the brace there are height adjustment knobs that you can ratchet up and down as to your required level of treatment. I have used several of the levels as that has really helped with my issue. The pads on all the areas are very nice they are firm yet not too hard and hold good shape while being comfortable. I can say I highly recommend this brace as it is easy to use and adjust plus it has really helped my neck issues. I do use it regularly and really like it - I have not tried to sleep in it yet.

I love it. it works!
I spend a lot of time sitting in a chair, often more than 12 hours a day, and have experienced shoulder and neck pain for years. The pain became chronic, and sometimes I couldn't even work. Recently, I also started feeling pain around my head and face, which is very scary. I have tried several special neck pillows for sleeping, a neck guard for working, and a neck stretcher that I can use by lying down from time to time. These helped to some extent, but I was looking for something that could support both my neck and shoulders at the same time. I noticed that my left shoulder is significantly more elevated than my right, which seemed to worsen the neck pain. When I found this device on Amazon, I decided to give it a try. I like that it's designed to keep the shoulders down while stretching the neck. Here’s what I found after using it many times throughout an entire day: - It's very light and doesn't hurt my collarbone or any other part of my body. - My neck gets stretched just by wearing it, even without increasing the height of the neck support. - Wearing it for 10–15 minutes every few hours significantly relieves my neck and shoulder pain. I feel the difference immediately, and this seems to work the fastest for pain relief. - Wearing it for longer than 15 minutes causes some nerve sensations in my arm. However, once I take it off, the sensation disappears, and my neck and shoulders feel lighter. Maybe my posture is really bad, so stretching for too long might be overwhelming for my body. - My only complaint is that I wish the fabric pads were detachable so I could wash them after several uses. I highly recommend this device. I'm wearing it while writing this review and plan to use it every day.

This works. I use it almost every day for a few minutes, and it really helps!
I have tried so many devices over the years, and none of those worked. This device does. I have had chronic neck pain and limited mobility in being able to turn my head to look over my shoulders when backing out of a parking stall. Those issues are now so much better, and my sleep has improved also. For me, what I really like is the traction that lifts my head up a little bit from my shoulders. I think this has helped me the most in terms of reducing neck pain and improving mobility. It also has been addressing my shoulder hump by also straightening out my neck alignment and moving my head back onto my shoulders. I worked for more than 40 years at a desk with poor posture, and that is also getting better. There is a a feature that adjusts the device to support the chin and head, another feature to lift the head and provide gentile traction, and an inflatable airbag with air pump that expands and works to align the neck, moving the head backwards a little. I detach the pump after getting the device up to the recommended pressure, and when I am done after about 10 or 15 minutes, there is a deflation button that The device and supplied air pump is well-made of quality materials. I have recommended this device to friends who also have the same neck issues I do. Not only that, but I now no longer go to a chiropractor,. I can deal with my fitness issues myself. .

This is a medical device with the potential to cause injury. Consult your physician before using.
First of all, I am not a medical doctor, and I am not giving medical advice. I strongly recommend following the instruction in the user manual, where it says "Consult with your physician before using this product." As per the manual, "This device is designed to adjust the user's cervical spine to the natural, physiological curve of 20°." Please be aware: this adjustment may not be appropriate... or even SAFE... for you, depending on what is going on with your spine. Having said that, based on my own experience, here are my comments: This is one size fits all, but I don't think it actually WILL (comfortably) fit "all." In my case, the thing is uncomfortably squeezing my jaw(?). Basically it is pushing up all of the flesh on the lower part of my face. The side knobs seem to have 5 levels of adjustment (basically, every half turn of the knob, with the knob positioned vertically). I was wishing it had smaller adjustment increments. The build quality may not be the greatest. I say that because the device will not HOLD the various adjustments that are made to the side knobs and the back knob. Slight neck movements caused the side knob adjustments to give way, and filling the back air bladder with air caused the back knob adjustment to give way. The operating instructions didn't mention it, but after securing the brace and while you are adjusting the back knob, it is a good idea to check on and make sure that the air bladder isn't kind of "folded" or bent in some kind of way. Because the knobs are already "unadjusting" themselves the very first time I used it, I'm dubious that this will hold up. I am having trouble deciding whether this should be 3 stars or 4 stars. Initially chose four stars because the device does provide an adjustable amount of neck traction. I am decreasing my rating to 3 stars because I am unable to use it for very long at one time before the inward grip on my jaw becomes too painful to bear. I also felt as though the direction of the traction wasn't quite correct for me. I am following the instructions included with the product, which said to discontinue use if there is an adverse reaction or discomfort.

Need to use it more but so far, I like it.
I need to use it more but I bought this because my neck has been very tight recently. I'm a little overzealous at times though because I cranked everything to the max after the 4th time using it and that probably wasn't a good idea. I think its doing something though because after I wore it for about 25 minutes, I felt like someone was touching my head right after I took it off. I'm thinking that I was finally having some blood flow in places that I might not have been having blood flow or something because it was pretty strange to feel as if someone had their hand on my head. Maybe I woke up some nerves?

Neck decompression
Ummm 🤨 I almost made myself pass out. Good thing I tried it in my physical therapist presences. Unfortunately, it’s not a one size fits all, too big for petite women.

It works
The Dr.'s x-rays showed a compressed cervical disc. He suggested traction as a way to alleviate and heal the issue. I am fully on board for the idea but the cost was more than I wanted to spend right now. I did some searching and found the RISURRY Cervical Neck Traction Device. It has been absolutely helpful in reducing a lot of the tingles in my arm and the ache in my neck. What I have found helpful is that: 1. I attach the device around my neck and start to inflate the air bladder until the needle on the pump is just at the green. There is no need to go higher than that. 2. I then tighten the unit around my neck until its nice and firm with not a lot of room to move my head. 3. I then use the lift handles on the sides to elevate my neck until I get a good stretch. I like 3 turns. Usually about a half hour while watching TV. Another item I use in conjunction with the device is a head hammock ( search for it on Amazon). I will use that when I get home from work. Laying in a nice Shavasana (corpse pose) for about 20 minutes, I unwind and and get my neck loosened up. After that I put the neck traction device on. I purchased the device in May and have been doing that protocol every day since. I can honestly say it's made a big difference in the overall health and wellbeing of me and my neck.

It’s ok
Not enough neck extension for the neck stretch.
