Tolerate vitamin D
If you have a problem taking vitamin D tablets these drops are a great alternative.

It's vitamin D; a bit oily, a bit orangey, but not unpleasant.
It tastes kind of oily, but the orange flavour is not unpleasant. You've got medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil as a carrier for the plant-based vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). There is also vitamin E from soybean oil, although it doesn't state the quantity.Apparently, you get around 100 doses (sprays), at 50mcg each (2000 IU), which is probably correct. Application is straightforward; just shake the bottle, and then spray. The very first spray when you take it out of the box, requires three pumps (most likely to pull the liquid into the tube), then just one for each subsequent dose. There is a warning on the box that says not to use if the seal is broken, but I didn't find a seal at all, so I'm not sure what happened there.The ingredient list is clean enough, and I guess this is a good option if you are following a vegan or vegetarian diet, and/ or if you are currently living in a climate where there is little sunlight. As with all supplements, try not to solely rely on them for your nutritional needs, and aim to get most from your diet.

My new favourite
I switched to this vitamin d spray from the other brand, as I was looking for a better quality product - it doesn’t have synthetic preservatives which was really important to me. The taste is pleasant and I am happy with its strength too

Useful vitamin spray
I take vitamin D3 daily as it is hard to get enough sunshine in winter, and also it helps to make sure my body absorbs my calcium supplement too. This spray is a great way of doing it. It is a nice orange flavour and easy to take. Good value too.
