REALLY OUTSTANDING SUGAR REPLACEMENT
Holds it sweetness even in Baking. The Only One I’ve Found That Tastes Exactly Like Sugar. Good Job‼️However with all the Recent Studies on Exertol (?) saying it causes heart issues those with Cardiovascular issues probably should not Use This.

Delicious and sweetens baking and teas like a pro
We use this product for baking and for sweetening pretty much everything that calls for a sweetener. If you want to make something like fudge or frosting and have a spare or clean blade-type coffee grinder, run it through the grinder to powder the erythritol and you'll be set. Otherwise, get the Swerve confectioners' sweetener. It makes a great replacement for saccharine and other artificial sweeteners (word of caution for diabetics - make sure you monitor your blood glucose when trying alternative sweeteners. Just because it doesn't have the 'ose's like sucrose or fructose, doesn't mean your blood sugar will stay where it should).I will admit I find it a tiny bit weird-tasting in coffee, but don't let that stop you from trying it in your own. If you're the type that gets asked "do you want some coffee with that sugar?", this might be a good alternative to help recoup the benefits of coffee that are robbed by using table sugar. When you consider the amount of sugar that goes into a pitcher of tea or lemonade (even Kool-aid for that matter) and the resulting calorie content, this product makes for a great way to seriously cut back on sugar. Just be willing to experiment a bit with your recipes because once you get the hang of it and can start cutting out sugar consumption, you'll go a long way toward reducing inflammation and other health issues associated with sugar consumption.

Very sweet, no blood sugar spikes. You use far less than sugar
The intensely sweet scent caught me as I opened this package. It is far more expensive than sugar, but that is good! Being expensive means conservative use- and, this blend is great for that. It is twice as sweet as the cheap, abundant table sugar no one should want to use (hello, empty calories, metabolic syndrome, cavities...) So, start small. A serving is 1/2 a teaspoon. Use only 1/2 a teaspoon, leveled. Taste your drink (I started with 1/2 cup ground coffee brewed in 60 ounces of cold water. I then measured out 6 oz of hot brew. I added 1/2 a tsp of this blend, and tasted my drink. I then added another 1 ounce of hot coffee. This Pyre blend is very sweet.) Once you know how much to use, in your coffee, or your tea, or your oatmeal, you can begin to adjust for larger recipes. This alternative to sugar will not replace the volume needs for baking quick bread, nor can it be used for yeast bread, because it doesn't feed the fungi. It does brown because of the erythroil, so, to get a nice, crunch strussel topping, mix your oats, butter a single teaspoon of molasses, and this erythroil-stevia blend, and spoon on top of your coffee cake. You're going to have to use another sugar alternative for the batter, but those replacements don't brown well.It takes talents, those gifts of ability given from God to bake and cook well. It takes serious dedication to deviate from the gold standard of sugar, because, let's face it- we have to know our oven, our pans, our timing... AND we have to know how sugar substitutes react and behave. Grandma's banana bread always turned out so wonderful because she knew her ingredients- we get carmel because sugar browns! We want that brown, and we can get it with this good stuff, if we tweak and use trial and error. But let's start small. Coffee first. Measure accurately. Remember, this stuff has that Sugar Alcohol Erythroil. Ethrytoil is very good at giving me a volcano sounding tummy, so I must use moderation. This Pyre stevia blend is wonderful because it requires so much less. In the end, it's affordable, doesn't affect blood-glucose levels, and, it tastes excellent. If you just need a rush of sweet, open the bag, and smell! The bag itself closes very well and easily. An excellent product! I'm really happy with this. Yes, I'll buy it again, but in a bigger bag, for more affordability. Now, time for more coffee.

THE BEST OF STEVIA
I’ve been using this brand now for about 10 years. We absolutely love it. Every product that comes out of this company is fantastic. We recommend it to other people it’s just right it’s not sour tasting like some others. It’s sweet you only need a little bit and it does the job. I look forward to using this product on many items, such as cereal, coffee, and sometimes baking.

Good for coffee, maybe not for fruit flavored drinks
I am re-reviewing this item only because I stated that others had mentioned they noticed a hint of vanilla in this and I had not. The run down of the original review is this stuff is incredibly sweet and lasts a long time because of that. I like a really sweet cup of coffee to start the morning and then no sugar in my coffee after that, where I used to use 3 teaspoons of sugar before I get the same sweetness from 1 - 1.5 teaspoons with Pyure. The wife like this too, she didn't like the flake stuff I was buying before (she said it had an aftertaste she didn't like, but I didn't notice it). Anyway after my original review I happened to try this in some Crystal lite or MIO maybe and I DID notice an obvious hint of vanilla. I guess it blends with coffee and at least for me was undetected before. If you bake with it (I haven't) then maybe stick to using it in something vanilla would blend with anyway. As far as fruit flavored drinks go, it's not really ideal.
