A ordered a small because my wrist are tiny I currently weigh 125 so I have room to fill them in. But they are very loose on me. The grip is very good. I like the color and doesn’t get as dirty as a brand I had before. Not super thick but very padded

Easy to use and durable. I find it easier to use these traps barbel deadlifts, barbell rows and maybe dumbell deadlifts than any other lifts. It’s not that convenient to use them with lat pulls. But the traps look nice, fee strong and has soft lining against your hands to prevent any discomfort.

Solid and great for the price. These work as well as my origianal straps that are almost 30 years old.
