all around wonderful
comes with all the options you need for your coffee. more of a tea drinker but consume about two cups a day at home. this was one of my favorite products. even regular black coffee -which is not my favorite- tastes pretty good.

The best nespresso machine I have ever had
This is the ultimate Nespresso machine, it is easy to use and has so many options. The thing I love the most is that it lets you know when it needs to be descaled. I use it every day. The coffee taste great and I really love the flexibility with the original line, there are far more flavors and brands than the vertuo line. The milk frother is a great touch and makes making specialty coffee a breeze. It is easy to clean and I really like that it has a cleaning cycle after each use of the frother. I was initially intimidated by the amount of parts in the frother but after taking it apart once I realized that it is easy to assemble and disassemble, everything fits perfectly in an easy to understand way. The machine looks luxurious on my counter, anyone that visits is instantly drawn to it. I highly recommend this coffee maker!

Fussy machine
While it can make good coffee it can be fussy when the milk foamer is attached. If it is not inserted exactly correctly it does not work correctly. It sputters and squirts, but does not produce foam.

Good for small drinks
I am a coffee drinker by nature but do like to have an espresso drink every so often in the afternoon. This espresso machine is easy to use and provides a small beverage with ease. My issue is that to have a “normal” size 12oz drink, you have to have at least 2 pods if not more. If you are needing two pods for each drink you have, that adds up quickly and it might be easier just to purchase one that tastes better. With that being said, if you do like your espresso drinks 6oz or so, than 1 should be fine for you, but when I think espresso, I think chain restaurant coffee, so it just throws me off. I would still give this 4 stars, as espresso is quite the event to get down and this provides an easy way to have espresso at home without the heavy price tag of a legitimate espresso maker.

Didn't even get to use it
This machine I purchased new was very evidently not new. I set up the return as soon as I unboxed and saw the coffee stains. I'm disappointed that I didn't receive a new coffee machine. If I wanted second hand, I would have selected to pay less for one.
