Kaffe Fassett's Heritage Quilts

The book is fabulous, love the designs but of course the whole point of a quilt pattern book is to be able to make the quilts. Isn't it? I think so - what is the point in putting all those lovely patterns and cutting diagrams in there otherwise?Kaffe Fassett is an extraordinary designer and his fabrics are wonderful - impossible to substitute.Well you haven't got a cat in hells chance of acquiring enough of the fabric to actually make anything as this is last years "collection" and most of it is sold out everywhere in the UK. I spent £18.50 for a brief spell of excitement followed by eye strain browsing the net for three days and bitter disappointment. Don't do it to yourself x

great ideas

Another lovely book from Kaffe Fassett. I can't really comment on the content, but the fact that one seems to be published each year in the run up to my wife's birthday means I can buy in the knowledge that I haven't done so already :). (And she seemes to like it)

The book is a dream with so many gorgeous colours, the locations make them spring out at you and make you want to make them all

It’s difficult to source some of the material but the book itself is excellent quality
