My Cupboard width is 510mm internally what size do you suggest?

Go for 500 as they are 470-480 not even 500. I bought 800 the basket was 750ish. And the there is screw to adjust the width

My cupboards are 450mm wide internally. What size should I buy?

The 500mm is to big as it gives you a 464 internal and the 450 only gives to 414 internal, you would need to made this up with packers each side to give you the required width on this product.

Our cupboards are exactly 465mm width (and 490 depth). Will the 500mm drawers fit?

If that measurment is from the inside of the cupboard yes it should fit

Could you tell me how you fixed the grey plastic fittings? Look like they help to fix the basket to the fixed runner part but i cant see holes??

If you mean the "Soft Close" mechanism in my case that came already installed within the runner. If you mean the plastic spacer washers, they go on over the "business end" of the fixing screws after the fixing screws have been passed the side runner. I used them to adjust the width between the runners. I only used these on the door hinge side of the cupboard so as to allow the sliding basket unit to clear the door hinges. The other fixing runner is attached directly to the non-hinge side of the cupboard. Hope that this has been of assistance to you Regards
