Very happy using this for loading carbs. I have a rapid metabolism and a busy life and recently decided to increase my body mass as I find myself running on empty too often. I've been using this product to increase my calorie intake and balance my carbs against my protein intake. I find it works well prior to a workout to have the body fueled to enable good energy levels. It's also useful between meals and doesn't make me feel bloated like a protein shake does. I've mixed it with whole milk or water based drinks and found it very easy to consume. It comes in a good quality container to facilitate easy storage. It also mixes well with protein shakes if which is useful as the body can only utilise so much protein depending upon an individuals physiology. Very happy with the purchase and the results I am getting using this as part of my diet to help me increase body mass.

Don’t work
Brought this to help with my walking and after using it for awhile it’s not made any difference and I’m still having problems so I wouldn’t recommend this product 👎🏻
