Very comfortable with good lower back support. The arm rests are nice and high and padded for comfort. It has a quite wide and very stable base with no wobble at highest height setting. The chair has a great range of height options, which is good for me as my desk is quite high. I game on my PC, sometimes for extended hours, and this chair keeps me in comfort no problem. Quick and easy to build too. A solid, comfortable chair for a decent price. Looks good too!

Not the most sumptuous chair but is comfortable enough. Not firm like my last chair which has not torn or ripped just the chair keeps going down.This has a high back which I can sit back in comfortably my feet almost of the ground and the back of the chair reaching my head (I'm 5ft 5 inches.) It was easy to put together too. If I had to say anything it was fiddly to hold the back panel in place to attach it to the arm rest, I ended up putting my bag on the seat area to hold it up then held on to the side of it to get the screw in place. Very free flowing on my floor and fits nicely not bulky. If you are taller or bigger you might want to pay more for something bigger and more plush, but I'm about 12 /13 stone female so not that small and the cost of those seem extreme but sitting 7/8 hours working it may be worth it I had back and bum ache and hope this chair will be comfortable for long periods of use and definitely worth a look love the tilt feature. Turn the dial fully anti clock wise for complete tilt but if more tension needed turn clockwise. Great to see the spare castor and two screws don't know if this is the norm but really appreciate it.

The chair has super lumbar support and a firm seat. Very comfortable when sitting for long periods of time. Easy to assemble, took about 20-30 minutes. Note when fitting the arms do not tighten the bolts, fit the rear backrest and again do not tighten the bolts, once all assembled tighten all the bolts together. There is a picture indicating this in the instructions, but could be misunderstood. Chair came with a spare castor, bolts and bolt cover together with the Allen key. No other tools required. Very good product, would recommend.

Wanted to wait a little while before I wrote a review. Had this for some time now use it every day and I love it. So easy to put together took me about 15 minutes, there is also a video on YouTube that I watched that shows you how to put it together if you need help.It's so comfy, there's air holes all around the leather which allows the leather to breathe and doesn't make you hot. The high back reaches the back of my head and I'm 5'10. I weigh about 22 stone and it takes my weight well not even any creaking or sounds. Would say bit big for a child perfect for an adult.I know people are worried about the plastic arms as I was before purchasing but it's been perfect for me just dont do anything stupid like purposely baring your whole weight on the arms. Use it as intended to be used. The base of it is well made metal legs so don't have to worry about it snapping. You do get extra wheels and screws in the box for spare parts. The hydraulics for height are great and work well and keeps me up even with my weight. You can lean back on it but I prefer not to as feels like I'm gonna fall back and can put tension on the arms.For the price you can't fault it I got it on amazon for £14 a month for 5 months and I think that's amazing. I don't usually write reviews but I was looking for a good one for ages going back and forth and im glad I went with this.

The office chair was bought to replace an old one that had given up the ghost after about 10 years of use and weighed a ton! It arrived very quickly in a largish box with each item well wrapped in various bubble wrap and more dense spongy sheeting. The assembly instructions are in picture form and easy to follow. It all fitted together easily; I took my time and checked every stage constantly, I'm getting on a bit now and have to think about things more than a few years ago. It was all worthwhile, and the chair looks pretty good. Much lighter than the one it is replacing. It is firmer than I am used to but within 10 or more minutes was very comfortable. Then a problem arose, there was a metallic cracking noise coming from the head of the ram that caused a concern. No longer five star! I sent an email via Amazon to Songmics, in Germany, explaining the steps taken to pin down the fault. That was on Saturday late in the day. Here's where we're back up to five stars again, my email was answered mid morning on the Monday asking for a few more details. and by return another email from Songmics said that they had actioned a delivery of the parts needed to rectify the fault. The parts arrive via DPD from Germany in a large cardboard box. The box contained the all the parts, except for the seat, back and armrests, needed to put things right. The repairs went well and I now have a fully working office chair that is comfortable and quiet in operation. The concern of the Songmics staff and the prompt courteous service can only be applauded. I have no hesitation recommending Songmics for their product and excellent service when something goes wrong. Thank you Songmics. J.
