The media could not be loaded. A bit expensive , but it pays itself on long term, it makes my 3D work more easy , this adds to productivity and overall work experience . It's important to adjust the settings to make the mouse motions feel natural to you, adjusting takes at least 20 minutes, but once you calibrate it to your motions, 3D work is much more fun than the slow and complicated keyboard and mouse keys combinations.

I have been looking at this for over two years. Eventually, I pulled the trigger, and after 10 minutes of using it, I wondered why it had taken me so long to get one.I use it with Fusion 360, and its excellent, Its very natural to use, and it really cuts down on the amount of time it takes me to achieve what I'm trying to do without thinking about manipulating the view.

This is my second SpaceMouse, bought specifically to use with my laptop. I've used these for many years and it's the best input device I ever bought. For me, it alleviates fatigue and stress in my hands because I navigate with my left hand and model with my right. It spreads the work. Out of the box it works fine with 3DS Max, Google Earth (you might have to invert some of the axis). It works perfectly with Blender, but NOT with the default values. To get it working, go to Input>NDOF and change the following settings: DeadZone 0, Navigation 'Free', Rotation 'TurnTable', Invert Zoom 'Off', Invert Axis Pan XYZ 'off', Orbit XYZ 'off'. Works with SubstancePainter. Doesn't work well with Houdini though, as you can't lock the horizon. My only minor gripe with this new wireless one is it needs it's own USB transmitter, it's not Bluetooth. So you lose a USB port. Amazing product, very well built - my old one must be around 8 years old! Takes a while to learn how to use it, but once you do it's invaluable.

As an artist in video games accustomed to : Zbrush, maya, max, marmoset etc I thought id pick this up since Zbrush recently integrated support. Here's my thoughts.PROS:Lovely ergonomic design.Easy to use once masteredAdds a new level of movement to programs.Bluetooth support.CONS:Learning curve.Still use the mouse and keyboard more.Often slower to do simpler tasks. Vs keyboard.Having to use shift or such on the keyboard in conjunction i.e zbrush, mean hopping off between use quickly.Not all programs support this. I. E. Marmoset.Its a handy gizmo that has its uses but I often forget I have it and return to the keyboard for a quicker usage. Maybe for looking around a model in a rendering software I would say sure. But overall its not needed for the standard artist.

I don't write many reviews for some reason but just felt I had to give some feedback for this SpaceMouse!I'm a bit of a gadget nerd and really do appreciate well designed/built tech. Well, this little thing certainly ticks that box. It just looks right, and works right. I love an excuse to fire up the 3D design app (Fusion 360 in my case) and use this. When I first got it it felt weird, wrong and it took a little while to get the hang of it. A couple of days of trying it, fiddling with settings in the simple app (reversing directions, etc) and I was away. It allows settings to be set for each app, which it selects automatically.It's really quite heavy and solidly built, you really have to pull it around to make it shift out of position.Not a cheap bit of gadgetry, and yes I could get by without it, but it's a very welcome addition to my set up.

How did I do my 3D work without this !I wasn't sure if this would add value to my modelling, but OMG, I can't do any modeling without it now.Took 30 minutes to get used to it but now I cant use anything else.

Sotfware is so much better than expected. Drivers and adjustable settings for lots of individual CAD packages when running and many other apps some default settings are not intuitive but easily modified and adjusted.

A must have for anyone who does CAD work. I have used this brand for years. The best thing with this bundle is the cases for the mouse and space mouse. My last space mouse was broken in my laptop bag because it did not have a case.
