So, I was able to use this, after 1st charge a couple times. When it came, I fully charged it and it worked very well. It was a bit loud. The kids hated it...lol. (the sound...like nails on a chalk board)I was so excited for this. And I was going very slow, to not hurt my enamel. I went to use it yesterday & it was dead. No problem....ha....grab the charger, plug it in...NO lights. So I wait awhile & check again...no lights. So I spend an hour changing outlets and plugs and nada.I treated this so carefully and it ends up just being junk.Very disappointed.

Works well to remove buildup especially on front lower teeth inside. It’s ultrasound similar to what the hygienist used at my last visit only theirs had water running with it to cover up the sound and cleaning. I use it 2-3 times a month. I went with the less expensive one with a light but no camera and am happy with that. Able to see enough using a mirror

the product that came to me is dangerous.The tip heats up to the point of creating smoke on contact with saliva, especially when using it in the spaces between the teeth. I find that it also ruins the fillings.It creates trauma to the nerves and is absolutely dangerous. I own another one that does not have this effect.It should be withdrawn from the market.
