It does not interfere with the back up camera at all.
PLUG AND PLAY! super bright. I don't have any issues with the lights interfering with my back up camera. I would recommend these for 2021 Chev Silverado.

Much Better Aesthetically
The fit and finish on these are great. Plug and play for sure. I strongly recommend you order the tabs that hold the fender flares on as you’re definitely going to break a few getting these off. My truck was less than 2 months old and I had quite a few break. You can access the passenger side front light from under the hood so you don’t have to remove that fender flare. The line of LED’s in orange and red look so much better than the single bulb behind a yellow lens. You won’t regret buying these.

They fit well, but are very bright
These installed with no issues or concerns, but if I try to look at my backup camera to get close to something while backing up at night, I almost can’t see. These are super bright and shine up at the backup camera a little bit, making it hard to see.

Look Amazing!!
These lights are well worth the BANG for the buck!!! Night and day difference in the look of the fender trim! Makes the truck look way better than the rest, a must have! Installation is easy, but get spare fender clips as you will break some when removing them.
