It works
Good product good price. Worked perfect for application. Would have given a 5 but I was sent an old box with yellowed product from sitting so long.

4 conductor wire too short.
The power wire is too short to go inside both units to make the connections, it says 2ft longer but it's not long enough. The 3/8" and 1/4" lines connect outside the units and they have a long tail when coming out one side vs the other.

Poor quality
The copper line set is way under proper thickness. The flares on ends are so thin I had to replace with type L copper lines. The gauge of the electrical wire is also too small of gauge and not heavy enough. Had to replace. The product is a waste of your time and money. I have been a hvac mechanic for 40 years.
