Good and easy
Cooked these in our RV as we traveled through Iceland. Added some potatoes or veggies to some. They were good!

Many good soups, but not all.
Some of these soups are outstanding and I would order a bunch of them, however you cannot buy individual soups. Definitely a mistake by the people running the company.

Good on cold weather days.
Simple Kitchen soup mix is second to Bear Creek soup mix . It has less sodium and requires more additives for hearty soup. Although it is still tasty. The cooking method is similar and time is the same. I would recommend it and will probably purchase it again. If you remember years ago a product called Soup Starter mix .

Quick and easy
Ordered these for my Mom who lives alone and doesn't like to cook much. She said they were delicious and easy to make.

Simple, easy and delicious!
These soup mixes are fantastic! So glad I ordered them. I've been sick with the flu so these soups have been a life saver for me. Boiling water and add mix. Today we had the cheesy potato soup and yesterday was cheesy broccoli. Both were delicious! They will be a regular staple for us and will also be great when we are camping on a chilly weekend.

Just yuck
Tried the first one, potato soup. 15 minutes of a high simmer, topped with cheddar, bacon, sour cream and chives. A side of fresh sourdough. Sat down to eat and the potatoes are hard...for everyone. Unless I wanted to put it all back in the pan and warm it up (which I didn't), the meal was ruined. I ate the topping off mine and threw it all away. After reading the ingredient label, I should have never made it. The other 5 packets can go to the food pantry since there's nothing healthy there and people seem to love it.

Soup is delicious, minestrone needs a few minutes longer for the beans but is worth eating
