I would recommend it for kids as my boys love them they use them every time they go to the park and find all sorts of things

I brought two together, returned one because the green screen wouldn't work. I then bought another in replace of the returned one and this one had the same problem. Don't waste your money on the possibility that you MAY get a working one.

If you are looking for a high quality metal detector for kids then look no further. The noise level is great when it detects metal with great sensitivity and lightweight so no heavy lifting and is so easy to use my five year old loves this product.

The media could not be loaded. Bought for beach holiday. And kids can’t wait to see how it works. Great gift and good education opportunity for kids. It works properly. Need to adjust sensitivity control. Fun and hope really can find something. Recommend as education opportunity and fun for kids

Bought this for a recent holiday as my daughter wanted to do some metal detection on the beach, got it all set up and was not detecting anything so we tried it on some tent pegs and coins we buried just under the surface of the sand and it couldn't even find them. Save your money.

Really doesn't pick up things easy just makes noise when it wants.

Great gift option for kids, who like to explore.
