Awesome camera
My husband wanted this as he drives over the road and loves to capture beautiful scenes. He’s very happy with how it works.

For the budget price, a good waterproof camera
Arrived promptly, in good condition and as advertised. For the very good price, a good waterproof camera. I didn't want to invest a lot of money, so this camera is just what I need for packrafting, canoeing and surfing. Note: to charge the battery, you have to plug the phone into an electric outlet. Easy camera to use. Picture quality is good (not super), but that's fine by me. Case is convenient. Also note: the photo card is super small, and comes with what appears to be an adapter so one could insert it into (for example) a port on a laptop.

Fragile, weak zoom, weak battery
I bought this camera in the 'hope' that I could take some good landscape photos. That hope disappeared with in 5 hours after receiving this camera today! (6/8/24)My first impression was one of overall fragility as the camera seemed flimsy in some ways. As it seems to be constructed mostly from heavy plastic? I charged the battery, and to my surprise, despite the fact that the battery was supposed to charge for at least 4 hours for the first use, the battery was charged in 2 hours? The view screen is TINY, and this makes taking photographs, 'challenging!' So, I putzed around for about 2 hours figuring out how things work, took about 20 photos, when Bing! the camera NEEDED to recharge again? SO, I charged it for another hour..The final thing that turned me off was to discover that my Samsung Cell phone can take BETTER photos then this camera can!!! Especially of the Moon!! The moon photos with this camera were SMALL, ridiculously small!! Plus, most of the moon photos were just smears of light! Now had the camera had a zoom factor of 15-20x I'd been pleased!! This camera feels, and looks, and works more like a 'toy' then a 'real' camera! I'm getting a refund!! I had some expectations from this camera that were NOT met!!!Caveat Emptor! (rating: 4/10)

Great if you want something really sturdy, else look elsewhere
It’s waterproof, which is its best feature. I feel safe taking this anywhere and now worrying it will get damaged. Add to that how small it is, the excellent wrist strap and included, small case, and portability its big win. I plan to take it kayaking next time I go. It just about fits in my waterproof running belt, but u have a large one of those. The quality is iffy. On automatic, the shutter speed is way too slow, even shooting a glowing Ferris Wheel. You can see the motion blur on the words. This can make some interesting effects, such as you see in the fireworks. It charges via micro USB (cable included) and can connect to your mobile device via the Pixpro app, which can be kind of finicky and not entirely intuitive. It’s okay. What they call manual mode, most cameras would call shutter priority. I can change the ISO and shutter speed and then it chooses an F-Stop. I can’t change the aperture directly. Still an improvement over automatic mode. See the swan photo. No more motion blur even though the bird was making a flapping like gesture.Needing to go off automatic for even the most basic photos definitely loses it points for easy of use. You do need to understand the camera settings. It’s not point and shoot. For distance photos, it has little by way of zoom. I was trying to photograph a warbler across the water and if you zoom in you can see how bad the shot came out, again, fully auto.Overall, an iPhone is going to give you better results. If you know what you’re doing with photography, and you really want that indestructibly, this is great. If you just want a camera for family photos, anything where you’re not worried about it breaking, you’ll get better performance from an average phone. I got better performance from my old 110 way back in the day.
