Worth the amount paid
The laptop is good for general purpose applications and is working perfectly fine since I brought it.

The media could not be loaded. • Do NOT buy this product because of what's written in the product description.• The battery does not even last an hour on standby. Within 5 mins there will be a drop of atleast 5%.• There is no space for air to exit the laptop, so it gets hot very quickly even if you aren't using any apps.• Regardless of being a steel build, the quality is really poor.• It's written as "65W Type-C fast charging" but it takes 5 hours to charge while it only lasts an hour on standby.• The sound quality is really poor.• Service centers won't be of any help if you want to get it replaced, serviced or refunded.• Their products are NOT returnable so DO NOT waste your money on Zebronics laptops.I bought this without proper research and now I'm paying the price. I regret wasting my money, the brand is not taking any sort of responsibility in this matter. I even went to their service center and saw that most of their products were brand new and defective. This is how it is, never buy products from a brand like Zebronics just because of their attractive price point.

Laptop is okay for price, u can't expect a sturdy laptop for price under 30k, but there is lot of room for improvement, trackpad is not accurate, Audio volume is on the lower side, laptop gets heat up quickly.So we know where cost cutting was done.Students can go for this laptop.

I purchased the ZEBRONICS PRO Series Y NBC 2S, and while overheating was expected, the poor build quality is unacceptable. From day one, the laptop had a black spot on the screen that was never fixed, despite my complaint. The engineer never even visited, handling the issue over a phone call and through their app, which didn't resolve the problem. While the processor is okay, the screen quality is a major disappointment. After just 3-4 months of use, screws are already coming loose from the body, indicating terrible durability. Very dissatisfied with this product

Battery Charging time issue
Battery takes over 12 hours to fully charge and discharges in 2 hours of usage. This is unexpected as the product description claims something else. Other features are ok
