This is an ideal cage for a puppy as mine knows that it is his space and uses it every day

Good price, seems sturdy, could do with some clips to hold panels in place though , my dog got out the first night , I had to put tie wraps to secure the panels together !Handle quite flimsy, not sure it’d hold if you needed to carry it!Overall decent for the price I paid

To keep my dog safe value for money

We bought this crate for our dog before we went on holiday. It arrived 2 days before we left with metal clips snapped and sticking out which was dangerous. I contacted the seller who would not send a new item until they received back the broken crate (despite providing evidence). I explained the situation and how we needed it and couldn’t be without one and asked for a replacement be sent ahead of the return given it was their issue as the item was damaged. They refused. They then offered a £10 refund which I reluctantly accepted. They proceeded to only send a refund for £8 I had to chase for the remainder to which they laid the blame on Amazon. After only using the crate for a couple of weeks (and it not being moved) the floor has started to crack and break in various places. I’ve been buying crates from other sellers for 4 years and have never had these issues! Don’t waste your time and money purchasing this poor quality product.

We bought this unsure on sizing but it’s been perfect and will be for a long time! Easy to set up and move to different locations, we bought a fleece bed for the bottom and our pup loves his safe space.
