I purchased a Fire-Boltt Armour, Sporty Rugged Outdoor Smart Watch with a 1.6" High-Resolution HD Display, Shockproof Metal Body, Bluetooth Calling 600 mAh Battery | (Model No. BSW 213) via Amazon on 30th December, 2023.The watch worked perfectly, and I was very happy with its performance. But on 19th January, 2024 the watch would not charge. I took it the next day, to the Authorized Service Center who informed me that they would try to jump start the smart watch and would return it to me by Monday, 22nd January, 2024.But as they were not able to start the watch, they informed me that since the watch was under warranty they would send it back to the company for replacement, it would take around 15 to 20 days and would be delivered to my residence.On 13th February, 2024, I decided to visit the service center and was told that they had send an e-mail to the company requesting a replacement as they were not able to find the model (Armour) of the smart watch online on the company’s site.I decided to contact the company directly via email. The staff were helpful and tried to sort my issue. In the meantime I again contacted the Service center and after a few strong words from my side they managed to open a Job Card online. The Replacement was received within 7 days which was sent directly to my house address, BUT the colour received was Green where as my original watch was Black. I tried to request for a colour change as per my original watch but the company refused stating warranty did not cover colour or customers choice. A little disappointed with that answer, as being a well renouned company a small thing as colour should have been considered by the dispatching staff before sending it to the customer.So, Smart watch is good, size and working is also very good but prepare for defective piece and service issues.

As a product good but service not good

The look, features, resolution, etc everything is great in only the round dial looks a bit more bigger on my wrist. Its a good value for the money.
