When I put it in drink it doesn’t dissolve it just sits there no matter how much I mix it . Maybe hot tea ?

I find it really easy to mix into either my water or my coffee and because you don't use a lot it doesn't add too much of a flavor. I’ve been taking ashwagandha for about a year now and felt I still needed something else and landed on shilajit during my research. I mix a pea sized amount daily in water. Although I found it makes me feel a little nauseous if taken on an empty stomach. But that’s an easy fix!

This product came and is too thick to accurately dose in my opinion. In nearly boiling water, it stuck to my spoon and would not mix. I'm not sure how others use it, but I have been unable to.

When I received it I initially thought ai didn't get the measuring spoon. However it was imside the black box. I thought the nlack box was just to secure the Shilajit jar in it's box.Light earthy smell with the smaller dose not the flavor isn't too over powering for me in a glass of water.
