I purchased in Jan of 2024. I do my hair like every other month. This last time just yesterday I was walking thru my kitchen to my restroom and did not notice the bottle had leaked. The cap was on and did not have any color on it. I believe the color was continuing to ooze out or dropped from the bottom. One of the two because it was not on my hands. When I walked back into the kitchen I noticed black spots on my BRAND NEW FLOOR. This never happened until now and happens to be nearing the end of the product. There seems to be a defect on the bottle. I couldn't possibly pushed down on it because the cap prevents that so it was kind of on autopilot. Not only did it stain my new kitchen floor but stained my wood floor as well. I am not happy. I'm a licensed hairdresser and never have I gotten any blobs like that from any product I've used not to mention I actually did my hair from applying to rinsing outside just because the kitchen and bathroom just had new floors installed and I didn't want to chance it.

I like everything except for the fact that you have to leave it in for so long and I still get a little bit of the burning scalp feeling but not as bad as the box dyes in the store. I followed the box instructions too. I used about 8 pumps, I have somewhat thin hair and it’s down to waist. I wash my hair every other day and it lasted a good 4-5 weeks. I hope my review helps, oh I really do like it and recommended it to my sisters too.
