I ordered these compression socks in size S/M for my husband. He is of medium height and on the slim side and wears a size10M in men's shoes. Since these socks are supposed to fit shoe sizes 5.5 - 8.5, I was a bit concerned that the foot portion might be too short for him to earn these comfortably, but that is not the case at all. There is plenty of length with wiggle room at the toes. The same is true of the legs -- they are long enough to come up over the knee and to avoid folding them over at the top, he laps them a bit just above the ankle. He didn't find the fit to be quite as compressive as expected, and they feel more like some 15-20 mm Hg socks he wears. But, he says they are comfortable, snug but not tight, and they offer the light to medium level of support which is all he really needs. And he can wear them all day with no issues so he thinks they are definitely worth five stars. His calf measurement is right in the middle of the size range, so I imagine that those near the higher end of the size range would likely experience a tighter fit and greater compression. The fabric is of a good weight and is breathable and the socks are durable and easy to care for (I wash them in cold water and line dry). Because of the extra length in both foot and leg, it does seem as if finding the right fit might be challenging for individuals with smaller shoe sizes or shorter stature. Otherwise, the price is excellent considering the quality of the material and construction.

These socks are very easy to put on. Feels very soft, comfortable to wear and they wash/dry easily. Good for everyday wear then don't need the maximum support of the higher pressure.The size is perfect for me and it has correct measurement mentioned in the description. Keeps my legs in great shape and have a good blood circulation when in the ground playing. Really had a true compression for my legs and has a nice fabric and a great value for price.

Update: I like these socks so much, I already ordered in more. Too bad the seller only allows sale of two pairs per order. If not for that, I would have ordered more. Oh well, I'll get two more pairs next time.I started wearing compression socks almost two years ago. I have a thing where my blood pressure and heart rate tank. When this happens things can get really silly, really fast. My supremely intelligent Colombian department head specialist at a university hospital says compression socks are supposed to help. I believed him. It must be true because I've had no issues ever since. I always wore one particular brand I like that are copper and 15-20 mmHg. I've tried a few pairs of other along the way, too.These are much better. They're harder to put on but when it's done they feel so good. Apparently, the compression of these at 20-30 mmHg makes a lot of difference. These feel like drum skins molded to my legs. I guess the Large/X-Large is the perfect size for me in this brand. In the other brand, I always wear Small/Medium. The charts say both fit me but these feel so much better and come all the way up to my knees. When I take them off and look at my legs, I think I can see how they fit better and feel nicer.These socks also come in beautifully classy packaging with a large, tri-fold product guide with all information about usage, care, features, sizing, guarantee and customer support.I like them. I think anyone who wears compression socks may also like them. A lot.

The PhysFlex Compression Socks (Large/X-Large) fit the foot well, but the length is a bit much. Pulling the socks up they go well above my knee which I didn’t expect from a true compression sock. Based on the size guide I requested the large/x-large because I wear a 10.5 2E US shoe and my calf at its widest point is 15.5 inches. The compression is modest by comparison to other compression socks I have had in the past.

I like these compression socks. They take a little effort to get on, as most compression socks do, but it wasn't an absolute struggle. I stand most of the day for my job, and these helped keep my legs from aching. Like most compression socks, they compress my toes too much and it feels like they get shorter in toe length throughout the day. Otherwise, they stay up on the leg - there's no sagging. They have a nice look to them, I wear them with dress trousers. I will continue to wear them.

I wear compression socks very often, not only for travel but day to day use. These socks have very good compression. I ordered the suggested size for my needs. Initially when I began putting them on I thought they would be too tight. However after they were on I found that they were perfect. They don't pinch, especially around the top as some do, and are very flexible. You notice that they are helping but not too snug; so comfortable. I am happy and need to order more.

I ordered these because I have wide calves and it's hard to find compression that fits. These fit my wide calves perfectly, but were slightly too long and were a little bit binding at the very top. That's why I gave it four stars instead of five. But what I LOVE about these is the flex they built in to the heel area. It is a great design, as I often find compression socks to be too tight in that area. My only wish is that the calf width I needed came in one shoe size smaller as overall sizing is based on your shoe measurement.
