This product is life changing. Very study, easy to assemble, easy to adjust. I would recommend this aid to anyone needing help even occasionally.

It worked for about a year and one of the side handle bars broke off where it was welded. Be careful if you are heavy.I've had a knee injury that has locked my knee straight for a terribly long time. Getting up from the couch has been difficult and challenging with nothing to grab onto. I ordered this mobility standing aid and it was delivered very fast. It was fairly simple to put together once I figured out what goes where. Took about 10 minutes. I slid it under my futon on the futon couch and now I can get up and stand easily. The handles are padded so it doesn't hurt my hands. It's such a relief to stop worrying about getting off the couch, especially when I'm tired and don't feel like trying to rock myself up and stand with only one working knee. The only thing I don't like is the word "Elderly" on the box and description. I'm not elderly, just disabled. Still a great device for anyone who has trouble standing up from a seated position and with a lower price than some of the more narrow-width alternatives. Lots of room to sit down! Easy to get up!
