So many lovely qualities to this blanket!! I bought it for its portability; I love that it comes with a cute little bag. However there are so many more qualities I love more than the portability now that I own it! The shape allows for more flexibility in positioning than traditional shape, and is engaging since it’s different. I work in mental health therapy, and I use this in my office with clients—since it’s so light, I don’t have to worry about weight as blankets that are more designed for an occupational therapy use. My clients love that it’s leaf-shaped and soft. This makes it engaging for those who might feel embarrassed about using a full-sized blanket in public. The small size I can tell is also calming for my clients with trauma who like the little comfort but don’t want to feel “stuck” under a larger blanket that would be hard to “escape” from if something bad happened. Almost all of my clients use it now and I’m so happy! I also really like to use it on my shoulders while writing notes in between sessions to relieve tension after engaging with emotionally charged conversations. I would encourage anyone to just make the snap purchase; you’ll just find out it has become a life staple and it’s so affordable to add into daily life!

This is my first weighted blanket experience. I find the 5 lb a nice weight. I'm using it as a tool for some anxiety (lots of life issues right now) and find it comfy and relaxing. I've been placing it over my chest, shoulders and upper arms when kicked back in my recliner in the evening. It's a lil like a hug! Hoping it washes and wear well.It's well made, attractive and odor free.

Better than a full size heavy weighted blanket. It's perfect for your legs or back or shoulders def would purchase again and rhe leaf pattern is beautiful. It's a soft texture and the beads are sown in each area so they stay in place. Great night sleep is also a plus with this

I ordered this blanket as a gift for my husband who has been suffering from hip pain when he sleeps. I didn't know if it would help, and he was skeptical when I gave it to him, but he tried it and LOVES it. I bought the small one and it's perfect to fit across his hips while in bed. The weight of the blanket, and the natural warmth it provides, did the trick. He sleeps without pain with the "petal" (my name for it -- not sure why since it's shaped like a leaf, but it works for us) and wakes up feeling more refreshed. He works out of town so every Monday he packs the petal and takes it with him. I gave a 4-star rating "for traveling" only because it is heavy and takes up quite a bit of space if you're trying to limit your luggage, but once my husband used it, he doesn't care how much luggage space it takes -- it goes where he goes! We both highly recommend this product.

I use this at my desk while working. The fabric and weight help ground me when I'm dealing with stress. I like that it's a beautiful and subtle self-care item.

The blanket itself is nice. The tag was very wrinkled so I'm hoping it's not a previous return. The bag that holds the blanket came out of the box completely ripped. You should be happy if you don't plan on using the carry bag. It definitely wouldn't hold up for long if it comes to you in proper condition.

It's so nice and soft, and I appreciate that it's not huge, so I can actually enjoy the weight. It came with this cute bag to store it in too. Honestly I would be tempted to get another of they came in heavier weights, they're great

After purchasing the smaller 5 lb one, I bought 2 of the larger, one 5 lb and a 7lb. These are fantastic - high quality, machine washable, well made and the weight is evenly distributed. I am adult who needs this for being overstimmed, they are perfect. My husband is a tall bloke and he wishes there was a longer sized one - but that's just preference, not a performance flaw. I am so happy I found these.
