Zinc Complex, 100 Chewable Tablets

I like their dosage and that they are chewable - I give them to my children during flu.

I can't say I have noticed a huge difference in either my skin or my hair yet but these do not cause any issues and make a nice change from having to take yet more supplements with water. They are a relatively neutral in taste. I have ordered another bottle to ensure I give it long enough to see if they make a difference.

For example if need be I would spend my own money on these; however they are £19 for 100 tablets, which is decent value.

They are not hard, a good size (see my photo next to a Sharpie!), are easy to chew and have a good texture too. We've had them for about a week now - 1 or 2 a day - and there have been no side effects. It's difficult to see tangible differences but as with many things you never know how it may be otherwise and I feel strongly that these tablets can help. 📝 My tablets were received at the start of February 2026 and have a Best Before End date of 07/2026. This is to keep in mind if you are intending to stock-up on them, since the shelf-life is not long. I order supplements when I need so this does not bother me. They cost around £20 for 100 tablets. It's definitely on the pricier side but you also pay for the assurance a larger brand gives, and Pure Encapsulations is excellent quality. I find the current supplement market quite overwhelming with new players popping up all the time, so I don't mind paying a bit more here.
