Ordering CPAP (ResMed AirSense 10) replacement parts is tough. But this seller gave great details on compatibility. I got my new hose quickly after ordering, and it fit just like the old one. The flexible, long hose with tight fittings is a must - have, no problems at all.

I used my CPAP machine (airsense 10 to which this is supposed to be compatable) without issue for over a year. I purchased this tube as a replacement and the first night using it my machine turned off within a few hours and is yet to show any signs of life a week later.

I move a lot in my sleep and it's not as long as the hose that came with my cpap machine. They're essentially the same thing but this isn't as long as the regular one. That's my only complaint about it. Other than that it fits perfectly and no leakage

As generic replaement parts and accessories go, this is as good as they get nowadays, albeit this hose appears to be is of a slightly lesser quality than the original Resmed product while costing more. So far it heats very well and seems to be durable even though it is of a lighter weight construction than the original hose. Only time will tell how well this hose will perform overall as compared to the original Resmed product. I like that this generic version plugs straight into the back of my machine in contrast to how the original Resmed product used a right-angle plug. This contrasting design difference may be a a big negative for some but it works well for me.

It was a good replacement hose what can you say I mean it's kind of aggravating stuff this haven't sleep apnea but when you need it you know I want a good clean hose and Amazon had it
