I had to pull a front CV Axle from my Subaru Forester and using a regular pry bar was just not cutting it. The wedged tool fit perfectly between the axle and transfer case housing allowing me to effortlessly pop it out from under the car. I couldn't get the proper angle to pop out the axle with a pry bar due to the way the exhaust and under body cladding is set up on this particular car. Problem solved and will have this if I ever need to replace another CV Axle in the future.
