This little device melts chocolate without burning either the chocolate, or me, like my double boiler. I am enjoying candy making. The 2nd, divided, pot is handy when you want only a small amount for decorating, or want to work with 2 colors at the same time.

This fondue style warmer came in super handy to melt chocolate in order to add our special ingredients. It worked so well in keeping the chocolate at the right temperature, ready to be poured into little molds. Not disappointed at all! I recommend it and would buy it again. Easy to clean, easy to use!

I cannot believe that there are so many good reviews on a product that should hold the temper for chocolate, which means that it cannot be melted any hotter than 90 degrees. It is now too late to return this. This is a terrible product. Now, I have to temper my chocolate again and use a double boiler and monitor the temperature the way I used to do it. I thought this would make things easier, but now the chocolate that I have dipped will never harden because it was too hot.
