I used the replacement pads on a Jabra Elite 45h. Removing the old pads were a little confusing at first. The new pads were quite easy to fit and are very comfortable. They are actually cooler on the ears than the original pads.The suggestion to add drops of water to the pads (mentioned on a note in the package) was a little strange and I did not try that.One thing I notice is that with the newer pads there is a slight reduction in low bass as compared to the original pads. This is not a deal breaker, but I wish I was better.

This experience has been disappointing, as customers reasonably expect a return to be honored when a non-electronic item does not serve its intended purpose due to incorrect or misleading specifications.We urge you to reconsider your return policy in such cases and provide clarity on how non-electronic items like this can be returned when defective or incompatible.

From just a few weeks of usage, it is okay.But the material that touches ears is cloth like and the headphone slips out of ears when one even slightly look down or look up.

Missing cooling liquid. Also it uses cheap foam.
