PYY Commercial Toaster 300 Slices/Hour Conveyor Restaurant Toaster for Bun Bagel Bread Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Conveyor Toaster

I purchased this toaster 5 months ago and it worked well. Recently, the heater part stopped working while all other parts are still working. Maybe there is some connection problem but I didn't' have any idea how to fix it by myself. I sent email to customer service from the label on side of the machine. The response was very fast and it was asked to send photos and videos to describe the problem. I sent those files and got response that new replacement was shipped already. I got new machine and it works well now. I'm very pleased with the prompt response and replacement from customer center!

I bought this for my restaurant and I love it! it doesn't need much assembling so I had it out of the box and working in 15min. I was nervous to buy a commercial toaster off of Amazon, but I've worked in a few restaurants with this type of toaster and it seems to be the exact same quality!

I purchased the PYY conveyor toaster in Nov, for my high volume restaurant. It worked perfectly until March. I reached out to PYY customer service, not expecting much. I was very surprised and happy to receive a prompt reply with the offer to replace the unit.I received the new toaster right away.Thanks for PYY for the awesome service.10/10 would recommend.

Toaster was used and broken:1. electrical plug had been cut so there was no way to plug it in to turn it on2. The last person's crumbs were covering the side of the unit3. The heating element was bent and meltedVery disappointed in this purchase and would not recommend.

The media could not be loaded.  Update on this review - after a bit of a run around I was informed that I would be receiving a replacement toaster.I have not used it yet because I had to buy an emergency toaster in the interim while I waited for the replacement to arrive. I own a breakfast place and can’t be without a toaster.I will keep you all updated on the replacement…Do not buy thus toaster. I bought it October 17, 2023 and 3.5 months later it has stopped heating! I reached out to manufacturer and they are VERY slow to respond and have not helped me in anyway. I own a breakfast restaurant and I cannot serve toast. Unbelievable.STAY AWAY….
