BUY BUY BUY!!!
I’ve tried dozens of headphones over the years, but the Golden X1 Tozo headphones are in a league of their own. From the moment I unboxed them, I could tell they were premium sleek design, solid build quality, and incredibly comfortable even during long listening sessions. But let’s talk sound: crystal-clear highs, rich mids, and powerful, deep bass that doesn’t muddy the rest of the mix. Whether I’m zoning out with some classical, vibing to hip-hop, or diving into cinematic soundtracks, the audio performance is immersive and balanced. Noise cancellation is top-tier too perfect for travel or deep focus sessions.Battery life? Stellar. I’ve gone days without needing a recharge. Bluetooth connection is stable and fast, with no noticeable lag.

Skull rattling bass if you know how to EQ.
Me: Former heavy metal studio musician. Slight audiophile. Loves to FEEL music. I listen to glitch hop and heavy metal (metallica and the like).Pros: First these are nearly as good as the studio cans I used. Lots of "ear pad" size choices out of the box (the little silicon things that go in your ears). Has a great app to use to customize the EQ and noise canceling-ness. The app's stock EQ profiles are good for their related genres. I use a custom mid-scoop EQ with high bass--the bass pounds! I love great bass that rattles my skull and these do that. Great value for the price. I've always wanted BOSE, but never had the money for them. I imagine this is as close you can get. Customer service is great. The right earphone broke after a 11 months and they sent me new ones within a week of me complaining to them.Cons: They seem to not remember your noise canceling choice unless you have the app open. The noise canceling isn't awesome, but it's enough to not be annoyed by the outside world indoors though I can hear traffic while out on a walk. The app has AI features for some reason (unneeded in my opinion), but you don't have to use them if you don't make an account. The charge only lasts for a few hours, but they charge fast in the little pod thing. The pod thing also charges super fast. The tappy features aren't fully customizable, but they have what you need.Overall despite the cons I am giving them 5 stars simply because of the customizable EQ and the bada$$ skull rattling bassy-ness. And they don't sound tinny.

Like Budget Airpods - or better!
I'm writing this review about two months of use.TLDR: So far, they've been great! Though a little pricy, you do get a lot of features that even some name-brand earphones don't. The sound quality is very good for the price, and the app is not bad at all. The noise cancelling is also very good - granted that you have a good fit on them. Even with ANC off, they do block out a lot of the noise - granted that you have a good fit on them. They have acceptable battery life as well.If you are looking for a budget earpiece, this wouldn't necessarily be your first choice - I would recommend something else, like the NC9s on the higher end, or something like the A2s on the real budget end. That being said, if you're willing to spend the extra buck, you definitely get a good amount of value. Although the case felt a little flimsy, the buds themselves have a good build. They are a little on the lighter side, but that was not really an issue for me. The battery display is pretty helpful, as it essentially lets me know when it's about time to charge them. Though the box doesn't specifically note it, but I have been able to get the case to charge up very quickly (~25 minutes from 15% to 100% using a "super fast charger." The buds themselves also charge pretty quickly. Although I've not timed it, I'm able to get them back to 100% pretty quickly. Note that the app also gives you fairly accurate readings of the charge on the buds themselves. Also, the wireless charging is pretty nice when you don't have a charging cable available. One of the features I make the most use of is the multi-point. Going from phone to laptop if fairly seamless. However, they wouldn't play both at the same time. Maybe I haven't played enough with getting one ear to play from the laptop / the other from the phone - but that specifically isn't something that I need. The touch features are what one would normally expect from most earbuds in today's market, and it's nice that they can be personalized (to a certain extent) on the app.For sound quality, I don't really have a reference point to offer. I can definitely say the "sound stage" is fairly large - like being in an auditorium of sorts. I am also not the best at equalizing; however, I have been able to get good sound out of them by playing around a little. Out of the box it the bass was pretty punchy, and the highs a little pitchy, but that is definitely something that I could tune. For noise cancelling, these are also my first pair, so I have no reference to compare to. However, it was very good at its job. You could also customize the noise cancelling level on the app. I personally don't use the ANC unless I have to really focus on something very sensitive (like music scoring). I feel that the ANC can feel a bit overwhelming at times, plus it also tends to run the battery down a lot quicker. Once I got a good fit I was able to cancel out a lot of noise with ANC off anyway. Transparency mode is a very sensitive, when I engage transparency mode it feels like a serene waterfall of static. Again, it does its job, but one's voice also sounds pretty robotic. It's definitely not a deal breaker, but just something to note. With battery life, I wouldn't say i get more than 6 hours per bud, but for most of my use, that is more than acceptable. If I really need to draw out life, I just use one bud at a time, which really draws out the time I could have them in my ears.Truth is, there is a lot of technology packed into these buds, which has a price. In my opinion, you get a lot of value out of them. Bottom line; if you can afford them, I believe they're worth it.

Not surround sound, no spatial audio
I wanted to absolutely love these but I am not blown away like some people are. I am super impressed by the Ear Tune feature, I was already acquainted with the EQ because I have the Crystal Pods. For being small and inexpensive, they sure do put out a massive punch, because of the EQ!!! So I was expecting this huge difference with the Golden X1's. I have a pair of Samsung Galaxy Buds +, Buds Pro, and both of these have spatial audio and a built in self equalizer (I'm assuming) because the sound is never bad. I can listen to music and hear things that sound like they are around me like I am sitting in a concert hall and hear echoes off the walls. I was fully expecting that level of sound with these from all the reviews. I was seriously letting down because I got the same sound out of the Crystal Pods. Tozo puts out EXCELLENT products and you don't need to spend a lot of money to get more than you paid for OR expect from this company. Unless the next product comes out with spatial audio, all of the earbuds are basically the same to me. You're better off getting a pair of over the ear headphones for true surround sound feel. Tozo HT2 have this same HI-RES ORIGX as these ear buds, and the also have ANC. If your phone is LDAC enabled, your music will come through amazing, and if your turn on the EQ with Spotify, your experience will be mind blowing. My final say....get the HT2 if you're looking for surround sound. If you wanna blow your ears out, these are the ticket.
