it is strong and has a great bearing ie spins freely, and can easily bear a 17kg weight (my ficus bonsai) and still spin round and round. My only comment is: it is not mass-produced (amazingly) because the plate is clearly hand-finished - it is not absolutely perfectly circular, it's a teeny tiny bit... wavy. This is evident when you spin it. I have no problem with this, I think it is kind of charming, because everything else about it is spot on from design to execution to price... and rapid delivery too. 5*.

Turns with just the tiniest touch and though very slightly wonky, serves it's purpose beautifully.

This is what I wanted, however - it turned up in two pieces i.e. it had become unglued so will need to fix myself with super glue as need it for birthday party.

This is an excellent product. In particular the the central support bearing is of good quality so that the table does not wobble, and turns very smoothly. Very pleased with it, and have no reservation in recommending it.

Like others have said...even though you know the measurements it does seem smaller in person. Fits perfectly in my fridge but was a little wonky! It does make the fridge appear less cluttered. My only concern is the glass and jars sliding off. I find myself worrying about moving jars around, whereas with my plastic OXO turntables I just place them and they stay without the worry of breaking glass or sliding. BUT...that's just me! In conclusion I would say that for holding bottles, jars and such...you would be better with a turntable that has a rubber bottom and comes up a bit on the edges holding things in place without fear of them sliding off.

Great value for money; very versatile item. Used in the fridge to put condiments on.
