Got this because my coffee machine clogged, used this and sorted it straight out. Back up and running thanks to this!

Product is a good price. Does the job and not to much of a faff. I live in a soft water area anyway so not sure how much descaling my coffee machine actually needs.

I have used several descalers and this is the best I have used. Easy instructions, love that the bottle is marked with dose 1 and 2, no scent, no residue and good value for money

It’s ok. Expensive but. I’m not sure how it compares with a £2.99 that I bought in a shop the day before it arrived. We’ll see.

Over time, mineral deposits had built up, affecting the taste of my coffee and the machine's performance. I decided it was time to give this descaler a try, and I'm glad I did.**Effectiveness:** 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟The descaler did an excellent job of breaking down the mineral deposits. After running the descaling process, my coffee machine was back to producing smooth, rich espresso with no bitter aftertaste. The improvement in taste was noticeable, and the machine's performance was as good as new.

I can’t comment on the effectiveness of this, I can’t see inside to see what it looks like therefore it would be wrong of me to give it the 5 stars it probably deserves. However I can say that my 5 year old machine is still in daily use and showing no signs of giving up. The descaler is easy to use, combining the instructions in the pack with the machines instructions. I descale the machine twice a year, so one pack lasts a year as you use half the contents each time.So I continue to use this make, the price is comparable and order to delivery is quick and easy. I have no hesitation in recommending.
