Excellent seller. Data delivery seems to have an issue with a 3m cable
The seller advised this product would work with a 3m cable but after about 5 minutes of use the network data stopped working. It seemed to go into an infinite renegotiation loop causing the network to be unresponsive. I'd read about data limitations on a high speed USB-C cables longer than 1 or 2m. But unlike a USB-C "hub" this device did not have extra ports, HDMI, memory card readers, etc. so I was hoping it could provide only power and network data (hoping it was not too much data/bandwidth) for an iPad Air at a length of 3m - but that seems not to be the case.Even though the device ultimately did not work with a 3m cable it seems to be a very high quality device and it would probably work just fine with shorter cables. Also, the seller seemed very concerned with my issue and worked hard to make sure I was happy. I would recommend this company and would certainly buy from them again.

Keeps my 4th gen iPad Pro 12.9" Charged with the display always on
I have a 12.9" iPad Pro mounted on my wall with a custom frame for my home control system. I previously had a 2nd gen which died, so I upgraded to a 4th gen iPad Pro 12.9. The previous PoE to Lightning (or PoE to USB + Lightning cable) solution couldn't "keep up" with how much power the iPad Pro 12.9 needed to charge. I have the screen on 24/7 at about 50% brightness, and I'd lose about 10% of battery charge each day.Upgraded to this new one (PoE+ to USB-C) and it now puts out plenty of power.Highly recommended!

Does the job
I ordered in some cameras that were powered via usb C, but my older house doesn't have a ton of outlets in ideal locations for that, plus anyone can more easily unplug them in the wall. I ended up deciding to route ethernet to each of these cameras and using these to power them with POE. It looks quite a bit neater and they are a lot less accessible to unplug and work for a while during outages since the POE switch is on a UPS. Hoping they will last for years to come.

Works seamlessly - single CAT cable for data & power
Using this PoE unit to support a Google Wi-Fi Puck. Have four (4) of these being supported by the PoE injected that Texas PoE also sells. This unit allows me to have a single CAT6 cable running to each of these units to then provide the data and power to each Wi-Fi puck (an addition USB-C cable is needed from this unit to to power the Google Wi-Fi puck)

Works great for my eero 6
I bought this because my eero 6 needed PD, and this worked flawlessly… yes I do not have the pro, mines power requirements are 5v 3a (15 watts) but without PD it wouldn’t turn on, and this is the solution!

Perfect for charging new Surface Go 2 - POE Texas Support knows their stuff
The team at POE Texas is very knowledgeable. We have to power 22 Surfaces attached to walls. We were in testing and they helped locate the pin out for the rj45 termination to correctly bring up the unit. Worked perfectly!..Would recommend all day and would recommend you contact them with your challenging POE needs.

Works with iPad Pro 3rd Gen.
I've worked with POE to lightning and Version 1 of this product and now Version 2. I found that Ver2 of POE to USB-C work very well as long as you are using a 802.3at compatible POE switch. I'm using this is a custom designed iPad stand. The entire stand, including the iPad, is powered by USB-C. This works very well.

Works initially
This was perfect for my application to power a phone and tablet. Worked great for a couple of weeks. Then died. Support is exchanging under their 1 yr warranty. We'll see how replacement works.
