Chinese Vinegar Golden PLum Chinkiang And Dong Hu Shan Xi Lao Chen Cu (Zhan Jiang Chinkiang + Shan Xi Lao Chen)

I only sampled the 2 bottles and this is a new product for me, but I taste the authentic “Chinese” flavor coming through. I have at least 12 different vinegars as I’m vegan, 98% sugar & oil free. These are pretty high sodium but I decided to try them when a new recipe called for chinkiang vinegar, and I wasn’t willing to pay up to $120 to try it, and the reviews were good for these products. Mine arrived quickly and were incredibly well wrapped in double bubble wrap, plus the cute little “hat” pictured on one, thus no danger of spillage or breakage. I can’t wait to try out some authentic Chinese stir fry’s and dumpling dip and compare taste to my favorites from bigger city Chinatowns pre-covid.

We got one of each type and the "mature" vinegar definitely tastes more mature. Both are great. If you haven't used you haven't tried Chinese vinegar, give these a try.

Both are excellent. Very, very tasty. Arrived quickly and in great condition.

Best packaging of any product received. Both bottles arrived in perfect shape. Tastes good too.
