Purchased a used 2023 Ram 1500 limited truck site unseen (I know dumb move). When the truck came, it was spotless, & pretty much like new…with the exception of an Obvious cigarette smell in the interior (not horrendous, but bad enough to notice, and my wife is allergic to cigarette smoke)… this, despite the fact, I specifically asked the seller if it had ever been smoked in, and he like claimed it had not. He obviously lied.Anyway, I spent probably $100 on various cleaners claiming to neutralize, or illuminate cigarette smoke but none of them did the trick. They covered it up for a while, and then it would return on a hot day.I did a little research and found that the only real way to get rid of cigarette smoke was to essentially fog it with an ozone machine. I purchased this unit, turn the car on with the AC on full blast, as well as ventilated seats running & with the recirculate function on. I set the timer for 40 minutes, closed all the doors, and plugged the cord which I’d ran out to the drivers door into an extension cord. After 40 minutes, I unplugged it and opened all four doors to let the ozone escape while leaving the car running, but switching it from recirculation to fresh air. After all that, I went out and shut the car off and let it sit in the sun for several hours with all the windows up to see the results. Well, I couldn’t be happier. There’s absolutely no hint of smok, and the entire cab smells like a new vehicle. This is the only way Iv’e found to completely eliminate cigarette smell from a vehicle. Well worth the money. Plan on using it in my house next to freshen the entire home.

I have been struggling for the past year or 2 trying to get the smell of sweaty sports equipment out of my all cloth interior vehicle. Shampooed the entire vehicle, every spray/hack you could think of, and it was still there.Ran this in my vehicle with sports gear spread amongst for 15 min…smell gone, including in the sports gear.Can’t speak for longevity of this machine or reliability at this point since I’ve only had it for a day, but the results are amazing!!!

I was skeptical to begin with. This isn't the first time I've tried an ozone machine, but the previous one was... well, cheap... and I dare say a scam. I used this unit to remove odors in an apartment and subsequently in a couple of vehicles. One session produced surprising results in the vehicles. After running it for a bit, then removing it and allowing the vehicle to air out, there were no signs of odor.In the apartment, there was a reduction in odor after the first session, but I ended up letting the entire space air out, ran the unit again, and repeated that process a couple of times. The end result was the same- the odors were gone. It just took more than one session- which was acceptable for me. This one made a believer out of me- but it does lose a star in my opinion due to the fact that repeated use is going to be necessary for anything other than a small enclosed space. Still worth the asking price, in my opinion.

So happy this worked so great at removing strong pet odors from a room. So surprised the couch that I thought was ruined has been saved!

Do you have nasty odors from mold, rat droppings, or just plain stank? Then get this product as it will take away the smell. They use this product for professional car restorers to get rid of unwanted smells in a car. I used this not only in my car to get rid of the horrible smell from rat urine and droppings but also in my attic where guess again I have rat urine and droppings. For my car I just plugged this into my monster power bank and ran it for about 1 hour. Even though it is recommended to only run it for about 15 minutes for that size of space I just wanted to go that extra mile. My car is smelling much better!

I used this in my basement to get rid of a persistent mildew scent. I set the timer for 15 minutes, and turned on the switch in the back and it worked great. The mildew scent was gone, and there was a very mild bleach scent left behind.It is important to note that you should not be in the area while the ozone generator is running. It is also important to allow time for everything to settle before entering the area. If you start to feel dizzy or have any other weird feelings, immediately leave the area, and allow more time for the ozone to settle.The timer can be set from 10 minutes to 120 minutes (2 hours), or can be set on HOLD to continuously run. The handle makes carrying or moving it very easy.I am very happy with the results of the ELIXRION Ozone Generator. It was easy to use and effective at removing the mildew scent from my basement. Next test, will be my car that had a window that was slightly down during a rain storm, and my carpets got damp, and left behind a mild unpleasant scent too.I would definitely recommend it to others!

This is a great tool for ridding an area of lingering odors. Simply set the timer, turn it on, and leave the area -- making sure that you remove any pets also. The result is remarkable.I use it up at my cabin. It's closed up while I'm not up there and odors develop. When I arrive to open it up, I set this device and go do something else for an hour or so. When I get back, I open up the doors and windows and the closed-up odors are gone. It's amazing!As with many industrial-type tools, the warnings have to be observed; misuse of the tool could lead to injury. However, used properly, this tool is great to get rid of lingering odors and I recommend it.
