Wow!
This has been a lifesaver! I sit at a desk all day long and my back hurts a lot sometimes. The board is adjustable so I can customize the intensity of the stretch to my needs. It's also very easy to use. I just lay down on the board and it helps to stretch and relax my lower back muscles. I've been using it for a couple weeks now and I can already feel a difference in my back pain.

A stretch!
I got the Geelhertz Back Stretcher to see if it would get a nice stretch out of my back. It is easy to assemble but it takes a bit of strength to set it in level 3.Once assembled it initially feels strange to lay on it, but it does a great stretch and I even got a crack or two out of it. One thing we really like is that it takes up very little space and is easy to store under our dresser for quick accessibility.

Broke before I could use it
This back stretcher has three positions to adjust the amount of height. The height is determined by which of three different slot positions are used to insert the curved piece. I thought it would be wise to start with the lowest height (Level 1) so I set it to that by inserting the curved piece into the farthest slot to get the least amount of height. As soon as I leaned back on it the row of slots I had just inserted into immediately broke off (see photo). This stretcher is supposed to support 350 - 400 lbs. I weigh 175 lbs. I tried to use the next setting (Level 2) but it was too high for me. (The photo shows it in Level 2 position and the row that was supposed to be Level 1 broken off).

Surprisingly comfortable and helpful!
I’ve used so many products for my lower back pain, and the best relief I’ve gotten has been from foam rollers, but the process of rolling out my back hurts so much that I don’t do it often even though it brings relief. This Geelhertz Back Stretcher looked uncomfortable to me, but I decided to try it just because I haven’t found my go-to thing yet. I was surprised that it is actually quite comfortable! It comes in three parts: The foam fits in two holes along the top and bottom of what will become the arch, then the arch board is bent into the base board. It was not super easy to bend and put together, so I am unlikely to further adjust mine. (I have it in the middle setting.) It feels really sturdy and secure. The instructions include a couple of exercise suggestions (sit-ups, oblique crunches, and lateral leg raises), but I’m just using this flat on my back with my knees up, and then gently rocking side to side to alleviate my lower back pain. It’s not a permanent back solution, but it gives me the most relief for the least amount of pain compared to other things I have tried.

Helped My Back
I've used this a handful of times my lower back starts acting up, and while it isn't super comfortable to use, it has given me relief each time I've used it. I found it really difficult to adjust the band inside the plastic notch to change settings though, it's quite stiff and requires a lot of force.

Not bad
Not bad at all, I find this very helpful for what is advertised for (stretching). However, I feel it is not the easiest to put together or store. Ultimately it's fine.

Helpful for my back
I really struggled between 3 and 4 stars for this product. As far as functionality I really like it. It helps me tremendously with stretching, and I actually like the acupressure dots. However, it was a little difficult to assemble, and I was worried I would break it. For that reason I don't super want to take it apart either which makes storage a bit of a pain. Other than that there really isn't much to say about it. It's nice that it has 3 different intensity levels, but again... that requires assembly which I'd rather not do again. Overall I think there are probably better products available at similar price points which is what ultimately led me to settling on 3 stars instead of 4. If assembly and storage were more simple I'd say it was a 4 star product.
